Monster Films are passionate about ensuring that new talent is given an opportunity to flourish. Where possible on new productions, the team will provide opportunities to step up, ensuring the correct support to facilitate success.
Monster Films also provide a variety of virtual training sessions. In 2020, in partnership with CBS Justice, Rik Hall and David Howard delivered a series of True Crime masterclasses. The four one-hour sessions covered aspects of developing a series with critically acclaimed facilitators, giving first-hand insights into developing and pitching ideas, filming, working with talent, on-set best practices, approaches to post-production, sales and marketing.
